All bookings made through StayChale are subject to availability. You agree to pay all fees associated with your booking. StayChale is a platform connecting students with hostel managers; we are not responsible for the actual condition or management of the hostels.

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. Prohibited activities include posting false or misleading information and attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

All content on the StayChale platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of StayChale and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

StayChale shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
